General rules

1. Please register to enter the abstract submission site. The abstract submission system is separate from the Congress system and has a separate, simple registration.
2. Please note that abstracts are editable till the abstract submission deadline. Typing the new one in place of the old one means deleting the previous text.
3. Abstracts will be published as received.
4. The maximum length allowed for an abstract is 1500 characters, including blank spaces (up to half of an A4 page). The abstract title, author(s), or names of institutions are not included in the provided character limit.
5. One person can submit only one abstract. The submitting author and account name must match.
6. Authors willing to give a short oral presentation are encouraged to submit an Oral Presentation abstract. Final speakers will be chosen by the Session Chairpersons..

Oral abstract submission deadline: June 21^st, 2025 (21.06.2025)

Abstract submission deadline: July 30^th, 2025 (30.07.2025)

Abstract submission will be possible from May 1^st, 2025
